1. What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
Order stuff online XP

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Nope, but I hope to do that this upcoming year.

3. How will you be spending New Year's Eve?
Not too sure to be honest. Sounds like I'll play some video games with my sister, maybe see my friend, eat some food, but I don't know what else. First year without fireworks though.

4. Did anybody close to you die?
No one I knew well, but my family did experience some losses.

5. What countries did you visit?
None so far, hopefully that will change sometime in the future. I'd like to visit Europe

6. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
Mmm, more confidence.

7. What date from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The end of May when I graduated from high school and went to California for vacation.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I guess graduating from high school, and receiving my Eagle Scout rank (even though I earned it a couple years back).

9. What was your biggest failure?
Going on without saying anything to this girl…

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nope, nothing serious, luckily.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
A drawing tablet

12. Where did most of your money go?
On myself, sadly

13. What song will always remind you of 2011?
A song that I got written for me by Max Bemis of the band Say Anything X)

14. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Drawing and reading.

15. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Slacking off.

16. What was your favorite TV program?
Regular Show! Ooohhhhhhh XD

17. Do you hate anybody now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No, I don't hate anybody.

18. What was the best book you read?
Forever, the final book of the Wolves of Mercy Falls trilogy. I also liked Mockingjay

19. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Hmm, I'd say Manchester Orchestra and La Dispute. I had a good year listening to music this year; many good releases

20. What was your favorite film of this year?
Umm, I don't know. I hardly saw any movies, but I really enjoyed Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part 2. Pretty good, considering how much I knew without actually reading the books (even though I'm doing that now XD).

21. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 18, and my family, a friend of mine, and I went out and had some Italian food. Our waiter sang "Happy Birthday" to me in Italian XD

22. What kept you sane?
Being with my family and friends, drawing, going on the internet, making silly videos, and playing video games. Just regular stuff.

23. Who did you miss?
Some of my friends at school that I sort of lost contact with

24. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2011:
"It's not about forcing happiness; it's about not letting the sadness win."

Happy New Years, everyone! Hope that this past year was a pleasant one, and that this upcoming one will be an even better one I had an overall decent year, there were good as well as bad times. I mentioned it a few months ago that I'd be leaving sometime early next year, and it's still true. In a couple of months I'll be gone for the next two years, but don't worry I'll be back after that. It seems like a long time, but I'm sure it'll pass by real soon. Anyway again, I hope for the best for everyone this upcoming year.
